Typographic Journal, Week 4

This second example is a beautiful ad for Philadelphia Cream Cheese. The thinness of the typeface suggests clean and fresh which is fitting for this ad. There is little (or no) contrast on the stems of this unbracketed serif typeface. Some of the finials on the lowercase characters have circular drops. The counters seem open, but I don't know if they would be considered well-defined.
