Typography Journal, Week 5


I think this is a beautiful typeface. It's both elegant and classic which is reminiscent of what New York is known for- its style, sophistication, and fashion. The typeface is called Miller. Font Bureau.com and MyFonts.com call it a Scotch Roman font, which is in the Didone/Modern face group. It has bracketed serifs, pronounced contrast, is jointed, and the lowercase version of this typeface has circular drops.
